Big League Dreams Sports Parks are sports facilities built, managed and operated on behalf of the municipalities in which they reside. Fields were built as scaled-down replicas of famous ballparks such as Boston’s Fenway Park, New York’s Yankee Stadium and Chicago’s Wrigley Field, and are designed to accommodate youth baseball, youth fastpitch, and adult slow pitch softball.

Big League Dreams League City, LLC (“BLD League City” or “the Sports Park”), the 35-acre sports facility located at Calder Road and Big League Dreams Parkway in the City of League City, Texas for the past 16 years, is currently undergoing first-class renovations and upgrades. BLD League City, which is under new ownership, plans to restore and enhance the facility with a goal to make it one of the most desirable sports facilities in the country.

All BLD League City improvements and upgrades are moving along very well.  We are excited about the progress and look forward to reopening the Sports Park in the first-class condition it deserves.  Unfortunately, due to supply chain issues facing our entire country, uncontrollable delays have slowed our progress. We now expect that the Sports Park will open early on in the first quarter of 2022.

The upgrades and improvements include the following: new stadium seating, a full restaurant and restroom remodel, infield turf, netting, playground remodel and much more. To see some of our progress, check out the pages below.  BLD League City is the first of nine Big League Dreams Sports Parks improvement projects taking place at our facilities in Texas, Nevada and California.

In addition to structural improvements, we have overhauled our branding and developed a new website (launching soon) to reflect our improved messaging and offerings in a more modern and technologically-advanced fashion. Players and customers will find navigation of park information, social media feeds, tournaments and schedules to be much easier than before.

BLD League City also offers 20,000 sq. ft. of indoor pavilion space for cheer and dance competitions.  In addition, BLD League City has the ability to host a variety of special events such as company softball tournaments, company picnics, birthday parties, location shoots, business meetings and even weddings and receptions.

Additional plans are underway to host new activities as renovations and rollouts are completed.

Community and corporate partnership opportunities are at the forefront of these endeavors giving companies a unique opportunity to expand their brand footprint and engage with the 300,000+ customers visiting each of the nine Big League Dreams Sports Parks annually.

On behalf of the new ownership group, Big League Dreams Sports Parks are now managed by TC Sports Group, LLC. The locations are as follows: Cathedral City, CA; Chino Hills, CA; Jurupa Valley, CA; Manteca, CA; Perris, CA; Redding, CA; Mansfield, TX; League City, TX; and Las Vegas, NV.  Stay tuned for more updates as we work towards improving all of our facilities.
